Class and Private Pilates cancellation Policies:

Classes occurring before 10 am must be cancelled by 5:45 pm the evening before. Classes occurring after 10 am must be cancelled four hours prior to the start time of the class. Clients with memberships, unlimited packages or promotional packages that do not meet this criteria upon cancellation of a class, will be charged a $12 late cancel fee. Clients attending class with a group class package or a drop-in rate, will lose the class and cannot reschedule. Clients with private training appointments must notify their trainer of a cancellation a minimum of 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule the appointment. A cancellation that occurs within a 24 hour window of the start time of the appointment will be considered a late cancel. Late cancels and no-shows will forfeit that appointment.
