Health Warning and Liability
You are participating in the training, programs, and events, workshops, and Pilates fitness classes offered by LUMOS7 Pilates. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician regarding your participating in any fitness program. You are representing that you have received clearance from your physician, to participate in physical activity. This is especially true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you ever experienced chest pain when exercising, have high cholesterol, are a smoker, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity.
You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating at the studio. Do not use the LUMOS7 Pilates service if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately.
The LUMOS7 Pilates service offers health and fitness information and is designed for informational purposes only. Nothing stated or posted online or available through any LUMOS7 Pilates services is intended to replace medical advice. Pilates professionals do not give diagnoses and this should be left to your medical practitioners.

Class and Private Pilates cancellation Policies:
Classes occurring before 10:30 am must be cancelled by 5:45 pm the evening before. Classes occurring after 10:30 am must be cancelled four hours prior to the start time of the class. Clients with memberships, unlimited packages or promotional packages that do not meet this criteria upon cancellation of a class, will be charged a $12 late cancel fee. Clients attending class with a group class package or a drop-in rate, will lose the class and cannot reschedule. Clients with private training appointments must notify their trainer of a cancellation a minimum of 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule the appointment. A cancellation that occurs within a 24 hour window of the start time of the appointment will be considered a late cancel. Late cancels and no-shows will forfeit that appointment.
All studio memberships are a month to month commitment. A client must give 30 days notice prior to the next payment in order to cancel a membership. If a membership price changes, the studio will give clients 30 days notice prior to the change.
Clients can place memberships on hold for $10 a month. A clients membership price will return to the same cost after being put on hold. Clients that do not place memberships on hold for $10 a month that decide to cancel and re-start membership will have to pay the current membership prices.
During the entirety of a hold period, a client cannot use their membership to attend classes.
There are no returns or refunds for the apparel, products, or services such as classes, privates, and workshops purchased through the studio. Please contact the studio immediately if you feel you have been wrongly charged for a service or product.
